By accessing the UO Unchained website and playing on our server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activities conducted on your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Following all applicable laws and our policies
We are not responsible for unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Exploit bugs or glitches for advantage
- Use third-party software (bots, cheats, hacks, or exploits)
- Engage in real-money trading outside official Ember Crown purchases
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Share or sell accounts
- Impersonate staff or other players
- Spam, flood, or disrupt the server or forums
- Post illegal content or hate speech
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the server
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. Violations may result in:
- Temporary suspension (3 days to 30 days)
- Permanent ban
- Forfeiture of in-game assets and donations (non-refundable)
Repeat offenders and severe violations (hacking, RMT, harassment) result in permanent termination without warning.
Limitation of Liability
UO Unchained is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Data loss due to server outages or crashes
- Loss of in-game progress or items
- Downtime or service interruptions
- Third-party content or links
Server Downtime and Wipes
We strive for stability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. In rare circumstances (critical bugs, exploits, security breaches), we may perform emergency rollbacks or map resets. We will provide advance notice when possible, but emergency actions may occur without warning.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance.
