DONATION POLICY

Please read carefully before proceeding.

Donations to UO Unchained are entirely voluntary and are not required to access or play on the server. Players who choose to donate do so in appreciation of the server and to help cover the costs of hosting, development, and ongoing content updates for the community.

In consideration of any donation made to UO Unchained, it is hereby clarified and unequivocally stated that such donation does not establish a customer relationship, nor does it confer any rights, privileges, or claims commonly associated with the status of a customer. Donating players will receive Ember Crowns as a gift in thanks for their contribution.

Ember Crowns are an in-game cosmetic currency. They do not confer competitive advantages, affect gameplay mechanics, or influence faction warfare outcomes in any way.

Donating to UO Unchained does not exempt players from our Code of Conduct, grant special treatment, or confer special privileges beyond the Ember Crowns received. All donations are final and non-refundable. Any refund request or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server. Players who violate the Code of Conduct and are subsequently banned will not receive a refund of any donated amount.
