End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs your use of UO Unchained, a fan-made server based on Ultima Online, which is a trademark of Electronic Arts Inc.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play on the UO Unchained server. This license:
- Is personal to you and non-transferable
- Does not grant you ownership of any game content
- May be revoked at any time for violation of these terms
- Terminates immediately upon account deletion or ban
Ember Crowns (In-Game Currency)
- Ember Crowns are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
- They are account-bound and non-transferable
- They do not expire
- Purchases are final and non-refundable
- You do not own Ember Crowns; you have a license to use them
- We reserve the right to adjust exchange rates or availability
- Stolen or compromised accounts forfeit all associated Ember Crowns
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVER IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or error-free gameplay
- Data preservation or recovery
- Specific performance or frame rates
- Availability of features or content
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- LOSS OF DATA, ITEMS, OR PROGRESS
- LOST PROFITS OR INCOME
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- DOWNTIME OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
- THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR ACTIONS
Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UO Unchained operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Termination
Your license terminates immediately upon:
- Violation of these terms
- Our decision to discontinue the server
- Your account deletion request
- Your account ban for cause
Upon termination, all rights to access the server cease immediately.
